Throughout his tenure Dan has helped parents reach college funding goals, helped seniors continue to acquire wealth while preserving what they have, made sure that loved ones were taken care of and assisted others in retaining their financial independence. His expertise has taken him into the arena of qualified and nonqualified retirement planning for companies and individuals

Dan, utilizing his bachelor's degree in Business Administration along with his continuous study of financial issues, finds himself sharing that knowledge in giving various financial seminars across corporate and private companies alike.

Dan is married and lives in Raleigh. He is an active member of Holy Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church and leads the SonRise Players musical ensemble. He participates in singing with the North Carolina Master Chorale and playing cello with the Meredith College Sinfonietta Orchestra. You might even catch him as a chorus member of a local Opera production once and a while. Other interests include golf, raising chickens in his urban downtown setting and sharing the good life with family and friends.
